I’m Marika, Halifax-based, endlessly curious, and the kind of person who doesn’t let a problem sit unresolved. I follow things through, that’s just how I’m wired.
My background is in tech and business operations. I’ve spent years working with small businesses and teams, helping them clarify what they actually need, build systems that work, and bring structure to the things that keep falling through the cracks.
I’m good at connecting the dots, listening closely, translating complexity into clear next steps, and then making sure it actually gets done. I tend to spot gaps early, bring order to messy situations, and keep things moving.
