About
Most people don't come to me because they need a website.
They come because they know something in their business could be working better, even if they can't quite put their finger on it. Sometimes they know exactly what's wrong. Often they don't. Either way, that's where I start.
What I'm good at is figuring out what's actually going on underneath. The first problem someone describes is rarely the whole story. Years of working through business problems has taught me to ask the right questions and uncover what's really getting in the way.
That instinct comes from more than a decade in sales, business development, and operations at companies like TouchBistro and Clio. I managed teams, built processes, and worked closely with marketing, product, and leadership. In fast-moving companies, you wear a lot of hats. I wore most of them.
I bring that same experience to the small businesses I work with now. Sometimes the answer is a website. Sometimes it's tightening up systems, sharpening messaging, or finally working through something that's been sitting on the back burner for months.
Every project starts somewhere different, but I always work the same way: find the real problem, keep things simple, and help you move forward without making it harder than it needs to be.
